1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using GraphVest ("the Website", "the Service"), you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue your use of the Website immediately. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GraphVest is an internet-based research tool providing AI-driven stock fundamental analysis, automated news synthesis, and financial dashboards. The platform generates content through automated algorithms and artificial intelligence designed to summarize complex financial documents and market data. We continuously update and alter the features of the Service without prior notice.

3. Educational Purposes Only (Not Financial Advice)

All information, analysis, and news provided by GraphVest, including automated insights, market catalysts, financial conclusions, and related AI outputs, are designed strictly for educational and informational purposes only.

We are not registered brokers, financial advisors, or investment professionals. The information contained herein does not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or an offer to buy or sell any securities. You should always conduct your own extensive due diligence and consult with a licensed professional before making any investment decisions. GraphVest disclaims all liability for any financial losses or damages incurred resulting directly or indirectly from your use of this Service.

4. Service Tiers and Usage Limits

GraphVest offers three subscription tiers:

  • Free Tier: Access to deep analysis articles for 4,500+ stocks, unlimited single article exports, Smart Screener searches, Agentic Desk, and access to Watchlist and Paper Trading features.
  • Pro Tier: Everything in Free, plus extended Agentic Desk access, unlimited Smart Screener searches, full AI-Ready Bundle exports (.zip format), structured financial data for AI, Alpha Knowledge Graph, and early access to new features.
  • Elite Tier (Coming Soon): Everything in Pro, plus Autonomous Agentic Desk, Daily Alpha Report, Portfolio Intelligence (Plaid sync), priority AI processing, and custom agent workflows. Elite pricing and availability will be announced separately.

We reserve the right to adjust tier features, usage limits, and pricing. Any material changes to existing paid tiers will be communicated to affected subscribers with at least 30 days advance notice before the changes take effect.

5. Subscription and Billing

By subscribing to GraphVest Pro, you agree to the following billing terms:

  • Billing Cycle: Pro subscriptions are billed either monthly ($19/month) or annually ($169/year), depending on the plan selected at checkout.
  • Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
  • Payment Processing: All payments are securely processed through Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
  • Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we may retry the charge or restrict access to Pro features until the payment issue is resolved.
  • Pricing Changes: We may update subscription pricing from time to time. Existing subscribers will receive at least 30 days notice before any price increase takes effect on their account.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your Account Settings or through the Stripe billing portal.

  • Cancellation: When you cancel, your Pro access remains active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the Free tier. You will not lose any saved data such as watchlists.
  • Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the Service, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for partial or unused billing periods.
  • Billing Errors: If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at support@graphvest.com within 30 days of the charge and we will investigate and resolve the issue.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that:

  • You have violated any provision of these Terms of Service.
  • Your use of the Service poses a security risk or may cause harm to other users.
  • Your account has been involved in fraudulent or abusive activity.

Upon termination, your access will revert to the Free tier or be fully revoked depending on the severity of the violation. If you wish to voluntarily delete your account, contact us at support@graphvest.com.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the functionality of the Website. Specifically, you agree not to:

  • Systematically retrieve data or other content from our Website to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission.
  • Use any automated system, including "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers" to access the Service in a manner that sends more request messages to our servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period.
  • Attempt to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service.
  • Share, resell, or redistribute Pro tier data exports or AI-Ready Bundles without explicit written permission.

9. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information utilizing advanced AI processing, financial markets move rapidly. GraphVest heavily relies on automated data aggregation and AI language models. Therefore, we do not guarantee the completeness, reliability, or timeliness of the information. AI "hallucinations", data lags, and factual errors may occasionally occur. Do not rely solely on our platform's data to execute financial trades.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall GraphVest, its affiliates, agents, directors, employees, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, this Service. Under no circumstances will GraphVest be responsible for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from hacking, tampering, or other unauthorized access or use of the Service.

11. Third-Party Links

The Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by GraphVest. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that GraphVest shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of such content.

12. Intellectual Property

The branding, design layouts, source code, and proprietary algorithmic workflows associated with GraphVest are intellectual property owned by the creators of this platform. The data surfaced on this site may be aggregated from public and third-party sources, which retain their respective ownership. You may not systematically scrape, reproduce, or commercially distribute contents generated on our site without explicit prior written consent.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Any fundamental changes to these policies will be reflected directly on this page alongside a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of GraphVest after the posting of changes constitutes your binding acceptance of such revisions.
