Advanced AI Assistant Transforms Daily Merchant Operations
During the management Q&A session, executives detailed the strategic flywheels driving platform expansion. Harley Finkelstein highlighted that weekly active shops using the Sidekick assistant grew 4x year-over-year, leading to over 12,000 custom apps created during the quarter. Furthermore, Finkelstein reported that artificial intelligence has become deeply integrated internally, writing more than half of the company's code.
